He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth Kate. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Zacharias Allen; his sons, Jonathan (Sherri), Jeffrey (Suzie), Peter, Benjamin (Karen), Joshua (Jessie), Luke (Melina) and Mark; his grandchildren, Ashley (Cody), Eliana, Ariella, Wyatt, Brynna, Cole, Easton, Sienna, Hunter, Lily, Wilder, Levi and Micah; his great grandchildren, Riley and River; his sister Martha Anthony; his nephews, Joseph and George Anthony; and his great-niece Victoria (Zach).

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (3801 Augusta Ave, Richmond, VA 23230). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 7740 Cherokee Rd, Richmond, VA 23225.
