He is survived by: his wife Kim Smiley; his son Vernon Harper; his siblings, Levette Smiley and Miquel Smiley; his friends, Bryon Lewis, Rev. Joe Ellison and Forrest Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Moore, Leonard Moore and Kenneth Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
