He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Woolfolk Sr. and Theresa C. W. Randolph; his children, Edwin Woolfolk Sr. and Tonnie Pair; his grandson Edward Robinson; and his siblings, Charles L. Woolfolk, Jr. and Shirley W. Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine B. Woolfolk; his children, Edward A. Woolfolk Jr., Latrice Stroble, Devonda Greene (Heath), Brandon Smith, Danyelle Cox and Cheŕe Cox; and his sisters, Cynthia Woolfolk and Denise Woolfolk. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
