He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his siblings, Allen (Debbie), Diane (Joe) and Janice (Tonja); his sons, Kirk (Theresa) and Michael (Chelsey); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Michael Jr. and Banks.
