He is survived by: his mother Patricia Rowe; his children, Tiffany Rowe (Thomas), Katrina McCauley (Leslie), Jeffrey Rowe (Jessica) and Heather Dodson; his siblings, James Rowe, Patti Herring and Dewayne Rowe; the mother of his children Dorothy Lynn; and his brothers, David Bonds, Lenny Byrd, Thomas Livingston and Robert Swagger.
