He was predeceased by: his parents, John Twohy II and Grace Merrick Twohy; his wife Patricia Williams Twohy (Patty); his siblings, John Twohy IV and Patricia Twohy Rector; and his son-in-law Thomas Loxley Sharpley, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Twohy Sharpley and Elizabeth Williams Twohy Baucom; and his grandchildren, Sarah Pierpont Sharpley Ewing (Hunter), Lawrence Edward Twohy Baucom (Elizabeth Merrick Sharpley) and Rector (Twohy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church and the Westminster Canterbury Employee Celebration Fund.
