She was predeceased by: her parents, Meade White and Bonnie Kate Stephenson (Maloy); her husband Roy Johnson; her sons, Robert Emmet and Dr. Stephen Roy Johnson; and her brother William Emmet "Bill" Stephenson.
She is survived by: her nieces, Gena Tanner (Stephenson), Patti Spencer (Stephenson) and Karen Williams; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Stephenson (Crickenberger); her caregivers, Dave Fore of Richmond, Chelsy Acosta of Richmond and John Sheehan of Richmond; and her friend Mary Stark of Pella, Iowa..
