Hubbard; her sister Elsie Martin Andersen; her children, Edgar Overton Hubbard III (Camille) and Sally Hubbard Jesensky (Mike); her grandchildren, Scott Carter Woodard, Mark Coleman Woodard (Meredith), Sara Hubbard Tinnerino (Brian), Meredith Hubbard, Joshua Martin Jesensky (Sarah), Holly Jesensky Rooker (Ronnie), John Hubbard Jesensky (Courtney) and Hannah Overton Jesensky; and her great grandchildren, Kinley Elizabeth Woodard, Coleman Russell Woodard, Bridget Randolph Tinnerino, Josie Webb, Henry Michael Jesensky, Dorothy Elizabeth Rooker, Emma Jaqueline Jesensky, Emmitt Oliver Rooker, William Edward Jesensky, Jane Hannah Rooker and Thomas Bennett Jesensky.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at 1600 Westbrook Ave, Richmond, VA 23227.
