He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin H. Will, Sr. and Virginia Simpson Will; and his former wives, Marsha Taliaferro Gillis and Mary Boehling Will. He is survived by: his wife Harriette Moskowitz Kingoff Will; his children, Erwin H. Will III (Anna), Kathleen Will Mackey, Marsha "Tolly" Will Tate, William "Billy" T. Will (Melissa) and Virginia Will Russell; and his stepsons, Joseph A. Kingoff (Lindsay) and Michael Duley (Lisa).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Westminster Canterbury Foundation, Sheltering Arms Institute, or a charity of choice.
