He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Bailey and Frank Green Sr.; his son Eugene L. "Dickey Byrd" Moses Jr.; his brother William Moses Sr.; and his grandmother Mary R. Moses.
He is survived by: his wife Lolita S. Moses; his daughter Rylanda M. Thornton; his stepchildren, Lynette Norrell (Hermon), Pamela Flax, Christopher Samuels, Kevin Johnson (Regine) and Kelly Johnson; his adoptive son Donald Kevon Little; his grandson Phillip W. Thornton; his siblings, Sharon Brooks, Sharon Cox, Carolyn Carter (Jonnie), Gale Green, Frank Green Jr. (Sabra) and Richard Green; his stepmother Ruth Green; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Samuels (Connie) and Mavis A. Moses. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
