Adams of Oceanside California; his children, Talbert Sledge (Hastings), Thaddeus Sledge (Mikerline) and Margert Sledge; his grandchildren, Imari Sledge (Devin) and Julian Sledge; his in-laws, Vincent and Frances Epp; and his niece Patrice Thompson (Tim). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
