She is survived by: her children, Martha Thompson, Jane Asbridge (Rod), Barbara Scruggs (Andy) and William Stuart Thompson, Jr.; her grandchildren, Brandi Shumaker (Blake), Katharine Thompson and Stuart Thompson III; her great grandchildren, Hunter (Sydney), Addison and Lexi; and her pet Goose.
