She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Lefebvre and Robert Broaddus Gayle; her grandmother Frances; her husband Wilbur Coleman Allen; her siblings, John Lefebvre Gayle and Martha Gayle Hortenstine; her brother-in-law Charles Oliver Boyles; and her great grandchild Julianne Carlisle Fitzgerald.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle (David Fitzgerald), Coleman Allen, Clayton (Lisa Allen), Edward (Nancy Allen) and Courtney (Peter Van Winkle); her grandchildren, Scott (Liz Fitzgerald), Amy (Kevin Dubs), Sean Allen, Kara Allen (Chris Laughlin), Channing (Emily Allen), Turner Allen, Carter Allen, Michael Lamons (Lindsey Dirr), Parker (Lindsay Allen), Mason Allen, Wilson, Chris, Payton and Matthew Van Winkle; her great grandchildren, Connor, Claire Dubs, Wes, Jack Fitzgerald, Lawson Lamons, Marielle and Everly Fitzgerald; and her sister Roberta Gayle Boyles.
