Frances DeJarnette Scott Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances DeJarnette Scott (Richmond, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Pleasant Scott, Jr.; her daughter Deborah S. Berger; and her grandson Jared Todd. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda S. Springer, Sandra S. Todd (Danny) and Janet L. Scott; and her grandchildren, Jennifer S. Mason (Chris), Jordan C. Springer, Jonathan Berger (MUge), Nathan Berger, Kaitlyn B. Hodges (Eric), Kylene B. Simonson (Codi) and Abigail T. Kesling (Cody). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Westover Hills Methodist Church.
