With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francine Joyce Blum of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on December 4, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Rocklin and Bette Rocklin; and her husband Lewis Blum. She is survived by: her sons, Martin Blum (Kristin) and Matthew Blum (Amy); and her sisters, Judy Wertheimer (Jerry) and Barbara Woolf (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
