He is survived by: his son Fred; his former wife Cheri; and his sisters, Kimberly Seymour (Tom), Karen Loan (Mark) and Susan Matthews. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a monetary contribution be made to the American Heart Association.
