He is survived by: his wife Harriett Kaminsky; his children, Rebecca Lee Britton Bishop (John), George Williams Bishop IV (Trish) and Dale Scott Bishop (Erin); his grandchildren, George Williams Bishop V, Mavis Bishop, Ty Seo (Megan), Grace Walsh (Isaac) and Isaac Seo; his stepchildren, Brett Austin Huber (Patty) and Angela Trammell Francis (Alan); his sister Betty Lemons; his niece Laura Todd Haney (Dale); and his nephew Clarke Lemons (Suzanne).
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bennett's Funeral Home (14301 Ashbrook Pkwy, Chesterfield, VA 23832). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
