He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie Oglesby Farry. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Itkowitz (Chuck "Smoke" Boltz) and Tony Farry (Teresa); his grandsons, Kyle (Mandy) and Adam (Nicole); and his great grandchild Grayson.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity or church of your choice.
