It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George L. Watson (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on July 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lucy Gwen Watson; his children, Joyce Bernice Watson, Angela Denise Watson, Renee Cooper, Anthony Dillard, Antonio James (Laketa) and Andre Cooper; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Watson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
