She is survived by: her sons, Thomas F. Eubank (Debra) and David C. Eubank; her grandchildren, Thomas F. Eubank Jr., Nicholas C. Eubank, Travers C. Eubank and Ann Gardner Eubank; her great grandchildren, Thomas Eubank III, Ali Eubank, Mia Eubank, Walker Eubank and Saylor Eubank; and her friend Gerrie Cairns.
