She was predeceased by: her husband Bryant Nelson; her parents, John Moore and Dorothy Moore; her brother David Moore; and her grandson Austin Boelens.
She is survived by: her children, Faith Boelens (Martin) of Orlando, FL, Steve Nelson (Lee Ann) of Richmond, Mark Nelson (Ann) of Chesapeake, Hope Heidelberg (Randy) of Rowlett, TX and Peter Nelson (Jennifer) of Arlington, TX; her grandchildren, Brian Boelens, Tyler Heidelberg, Kyle Heidelberg, Katherine Leahey, Margaret Balsiger, Andrew Nelson, Liz Heidelberg, Taylor Nelson, Brooke Boelens, Erik Nelson, Liz Nelson, Brett Heidelberg, Emily Nelson and Jack Nelson; her great grandchildren, Mitchell, Nate, Jamie, Ben, Bella and Gabriella; and her siblings, Marie Allcorn, Carolyn Moore, Arlene Newell, Joe Moore and Jack Moore.
