She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Barry Perlstein; her cousin Patricia Kauffmann; and her son-in-law Jeff Picchi. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Picchi, Juanita Houser (Mark), Karin Valentine (Steve), Kathleen Powers (Paras Bhanse) and Debra Perlstein; and her grandchildren, Jessica Harris (Joshua), Crystal Cary (John), Ashley Sharp (Jason), Brett Bulifant (Ashley), Devin Berger (Joey), Jessica Houser, Whitney Spencer (Tyler), Catie Shafer (Phillip), Shayna Perlstein (Shay), Ciera Valentine, Matthew Tinsely and Spencer Whitehead. She is also survived by her 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
