She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Woychik. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Givnish (David) and David Woychik (Lynn); and her grandchildren, David J. Woychik Jr. and Caitlyn G. Woychik.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Helen's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization close to her heart.
