He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia M. Hall; and his siblings, Edward Hall and Shirley Dobbs. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth B. Hall (Karen) and Jody H. O'Neil (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew, Katherine, Brian and Jesse; and his siblings, Doris Reams and Charles Hall.
