She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Gaskins Sr.; and her daughter Gloria Gaskins. She is survived by: her children, Laverne Gaskins, Sylvia Hunter, Jamie Broady (Emmanuel), Gayle Gaskins and Robert Gaskins Jr. (Geraldine); and her sisters, Vivian Thomas and Rossie Gardenhire. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends.
