She is survived by: her children, Cindy Adams, Tim Cook (Holli) and Jeff Cook (Lori); her grandchildren, Evan Orwin (Tom), Jacob Cook (Sara), Schyler Haubrock (Ryan), Tori Shelton (Jonathan), Olivia Jessee (Ben), Logan Cook, Luke Cook (Haylie) and Taylor Adams; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Walter, Ruby Orwin, Raegan, Hattie, Mackenzie, Tatum Cook, Emeline, Landon, Aubrey Haubrock, Kinsley Shelton, Elena, Claire, Anna Jessee, Violet, Eleanor and Orla; her siblings, Naomi Painter, Rachel Carter and Dale Elmore (Bonnie); her siblings-in-law, Lawrence Taylor, Betty Cook and Linda Cook (Marvin); and her niece Donna Malone. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
