With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Isabelle W. McGill (Richmond, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald McGill; her parents, William Winningham and Catherine Winningham; and her sisters, Helen Williams, Willie Mae Yancy and Julia Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Donnette McGill; her grandchildren, Annissa Easter (Bobby), Charnette McGill, Ansa Taylor (Alonzo), Antoine McGill (Liller), Miguel Valdez and Nehemiah Anderson; her great grandchildren, Kennedee McGill, Tamieya Turner, Bethany Luckett, Damorre McGill, Riley Gilliam and Alonzo Taylor IV; and her great great grandchildren, Abraham Crawford, Eli McGill, Laeani McGill and Je'Miles Temple. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Manning Funeral Home (700 N 25th St, Richmond, VA 23223). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Manning Chapel (700 N 25th St, Richmond, VA 23223). A burial was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Roselawn Memory Gardens (13389 Mountain Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23095).
