He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Kimberly Lindemann (Torrey); his grandchildren, Susan (Julian), Daniel and Bethany; his daughters, Abigail and Elizabeth (Sarah Jordan); his sister Ann Chandler (John); and his nibling Jordan.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Restoration Church (117 NY-296, Windham, NY 12496). A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Lexington Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jack's honor to the Town of Lexington Fire and Rescue.
