He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Amos Lewis Sr. and Florence Wise Lewis; his sister Linda Lewis; and his great grandchild Annalena Kaba. He is survived by: his children, Jacinta Holeman of New London, CT, Jack Amos Lewis III, Joshua Lewis and Jonathan Lewis of Richmond, VA.; and his siblings, Douglas Lewis of Mechanicsville, VA and Catherine Lewis of Manchester, CT.. He is also survived by niece, two nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
