She is survived by: her husband Michael Kahn; her children, Pinina Morgan (Jacob), Theodore Kahn, Eitan Kahn (Yvette) and Noach Kahn; her grandchildren, Aria, Sebastian, Adina and Dov; and her siblings, Rachel Fernandes (Albert), Nigel Halford (Jan), Paula Laurendi, Colin Halford (Kate), Deborah Yeatman (Brett) and Julie Oldfield (John).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Chabad of Virginia.
