Payne; her grandchildren, Mychelle, Jacquez, Sheniel, Jamarie, Michael, Jamiyah, Makiyah, Micah and Makhi; her siblings, Owen, Adrine, Keith and Lisa; and her friends, Cynthia Wilson, Ethel Williams, Sharon Hicks, Keyvette Williams, Barbara Overton and Calvin Winston. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
She was a faithful member who attended until COVID19 and her health declined.
