He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Welch and Audrey H. Welch. He is survived by: his wife Dolores L. Welch; his children, Brian J. Welch (Stacie) and Kelly W. Bayless (Stephan); his grandchildren, Abigail, Ethan, Clara and Roslyn; and his brother Ronald M. Welch. He is also survived by numerous nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to be made in his memory to The MSA Coalition, and to The Brain Support Network.
