He was predeceased by: his parents, Montford Clayton Parks, Sr. and Maude Jarvis Parks. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Byrd Parks; his sons, Daniel Thomas Parks (Karen) and James Edwards Parks (Amy); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Marshall and Abby Parks; and his great grandchild Paige.
