He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Weaver; and his parents, Charles Warren Weaver and Julia Courtice Scott. He is survived by: his sons, Neal D. Weaver (Yvette) and Mark A. Weaver; his stepdaughter Sherry Boykin; and his brothers, Walter Leigh Creery Jr. and Richard Irving Creery. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
