She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Kiernan, Jr.; and her siblings, Marjorie Chaffee and William Ziegler, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Witt (Tom), William Kiernan and Kelly Clendenin; and her half-sisters, Helen Paulsen (John), Amy Geyssens and Elizabeth "Betsy" Bradt (Bud).
