With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet L. Ewing (Richmond, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carville B. Ewing Sr.; her parents, Raymond Keefer and Lorraine Keefer; and her siblings, Joan White, Nancy Powers, Raymond Keefer, Charles Keefer and Richard Keefer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Muffeletto and John Keefer; her children, Debbie Scott, Nancy Laughter (Rex), Joan Ewing (Andy), Hope Hodges (Ronnie), Jennifer Ewing, Carville (Robyn) and Mark Ewing (Shannon); and her grandchildren, John Scott, Corey Hodges, Kady Livesay, Emily Livesay, Colton Hodges, Jesse Ewing, Gray Ewing and Carly Hodges. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
