She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lee Lassiter; her children, Lynette Hendrich (Steven Hendrich) of Franklin and Todd Lassiter (Amanda Lassiter) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Craig Hendrich (Jenn Hendrich) of Thompson Station, Kacey Mikrut (David Mikrut) of Franklin, Isabella Schwarz (Justin Schwarz) of New York, Gabriel Lassiter of Virginia Beach, Viriginia, Cy Lassiter (Caraline Lassiter) of Denver and Lex Lassiter of Ashland; her great grandchildren, Penelope Hendrich of Thompson Station, Lucas Hendrich of Thompson Station, Naomi Mikrut of Franklin, Tennessee. and Eden Mikrut of Franklin, Tennessee.; her sisters, Marjorie Vaughn Campbell of Johnson City, Mary Vaughn Kelly of Cary and Joyce Vaughn Pyle of Franklin, Tennessee.; her sister-in-law Sylvia Wilburn of Youngstown, N. C.; her nephew Scott Wilburn of Zebulon, N. C.; and her niece Natalie McCurdy of Raleigh, N. C..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woody Funeral Home-Parham Chapel (1771 N Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23229). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
