He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Earl Knock and Pat Knock; and his brother Michael Kopp. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Knock (Ruotolo); his sons, Alex Jarrell (Logan) of Winston-Salem, NC and Trevor Starr of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Landon Wayne and Callie Jeffery Jarrell; and his sisters, Amy Christie (Corey) and Jill Kelly of Waco, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Jeff's honor, a cause that remained close to his heart throughout his courageous battle.
