With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Lawrence Horton in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Betsy Horton and Charles Horton; and his sisters, Pinky Pomeroy and Sharon Baum. He is survived by: his wife Barbara McCoart Horton; his daughters, Emily Fant (Jacob), Katie Smedile (Connor) and Keri Horton; his grandchildren, Shiloh, Jackson, Dawson and Remington; and his sisters, Shirley Skirkanich, Helen Matthews (Gary) and Lynne Horton (Maria Slatery).

In lieu of flowers, Larry has asked that donations be made to Clara Inspired (https://www.clarainspired.org).
