He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trudy"; his daughters, Kimberly (Chris), Tracey and LeeAnna; his granddaughters, Hailey, Emily and Paisley; his brothers, Bobby (Vickey) and Bruce; and his friend Net Berry.
