He is survived by: his significant other Dorty; his children, Donald Brown (Deborah) and Debra Brown (Ken); his siblings, Margaret James (Jimmy) and Billy Brown (Joyce); his sister-in-law Cynthia Napier (Dickie); his grandchildren, Tara Pai (David Keeton), Donald Brown Jr. (Kristen) and Jessica Brown (Brad Sprouse); and his great grandchildren, Chaley Pai-Bedell, RipKen Crisp and Cora Crisp.
In order to protect the vulnerable and high-risk members of the community, it is highly recommended that face masks be worn.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources, Virginia's Non-Game Program, in honor of Jesse's love of the outdoors.
