It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Louise Dewell of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Edison Glass of Buena Vista, VA and Wanda Seal Glass of Wyomissing, PA.. She is survived by: her husband John R. Dewell, Jr.; her daughters, Jacqueline Willing (Kevin) and Alison Dewell; her granddaughters, Violet Clemmer and Julia Willing; and her sister Ellen Glass Vest.
