He is survived by: his significant other Kay Hursey; his daughter Jessica Simmons (Adam Phillips); his grandchildren, Brittany Hutchison (Robbie), Magnvs Weaver, Avery Phillips and Maddy Phillips; his great grandchildren, Dalton Hutchison and Ethan Hutchison; and his sister Carla Montgomery (Robert). He is also survived by many other extended family members, dear friends.
