He is survived by: his wife Sandra Haggard Baugher; his children, Debra Kersey Ingersoll (Ed), Christopher Baugher (Cindy), Melissa Rourke and Jon Baugher (Sarah); his grandchildren, Logan Rourke, Sydney Rourke and Kristina Crespo; and his sister Barbara Selvage (Bob).
