He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Coles Rustin (Virginia); his daughter Johnesha Bagby; his grandchildren, Kayvon Bagby and Kevin Bagby; and his siblings, Patricia Rustin, Loretha Rustin and Lorenzo (Yvette). He is also survived by extended family, dear friends.
