He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Dean. He is survived by: his friends, Kenneth Brown and Charmaine Johnson; his son Steven Dean; and his siblings, Sue Clements, Doris Willis, Carolyn Hampton (Reginald), Doris Bailey (Maxwell), Delores Turner, Curtis Dean (Delmore), Herbert Dean (Doris), Mark Dean and Earl Dean. He is also survived by daughter, along with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home (2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220).
