We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 72, Joseph Elmer Carroll Jr. (Richmond, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Carroll and Mary B. Carroll. He is survived by: his sister Mary Profilio (Steven); his nieces, Elsie Profilio (Dustin), Nancy Profilio and Helen Profilio; and his great-nieces, Emma Williams, Savannah Williams and Della Rose Kestner. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that monetary donations be sent to Joe's home at 117 Defense Ave, Sandston, VA 23150 in the name of his son, Joseph Carroll III.
