Thomas); his grandsons, Gavin A. Thomas of Richmond and Owen N. Thomas of Richmond; his son William S. Preissner of Washington, D. C.; and his sister Ann Ruth Rowe of Richmond. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
