He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Jenkins; and his siblings, William Jenkins, Latane Jenkins, Marion Rothrock and Shirley Garrett.
He is survived by: his son J. Todd Jenkins (Cindy); his stepdaughter Teresa Tedder (Johnny); his grandchildren, Trevor Jenkins and Lesley Jenkins; his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn Marsh (Josiah), Alyssa Johnson (Garret) and Madison Tedder; his great grandchild Blakely Jenkins; and his sister Elsie Braithwaite (Wil). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
