He was predeceased by: his former wife Dolly M. Tingen. He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Tingen; his children, Bobby J. Tingen, Vickie T. Jacobs (Steven) and Helen Morgan (Vince); his stepchildren, Becky (Jerry) and Joey; and his grandchildren, Christopher L. Tingen, Hunter D. Jacobs, Dawn T. Hatfield (Dennis), Jessica J. Lynch (Michael) and Ashley Elmore. He is also survived by five great-granddaughters; five great-great grandsons; and attended family, church family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service (6500 Iron Bridge Rd, Richmond, VA 23234). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (6030 Woodpecker Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23838). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Centralia Cemetery (10000 Hopkins Rd, Chester, VA 23831).
